Researcher from the CVC at the MICCAI 2015 Program Committee

Dr. Petia Radeva, researcher of the Universitat de Barcelona and the CVC participates at the Program Committee of MICCAI 2015, the 18th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention, that will be held from October 5th to 9th, 2015 in Munich, Germany.

Dr. Radeva research interests are in the fields of Lifelogging and egocentric vision, Event detection, Object discovery, Video segmentation and analysis, Image segmentation and Multi-class classification, in particular applied to  life-logging to Mild Cognitive Impairment patients and to improve healthy habits of persons. Also, wireless endoscopy for intestine motility disorders diagnosis and registration and retrieval of IVUS pullbacks for pre- post-intervention assessment.

This Conference attracts annually world leading scientists, engineers and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines associated with medical imaging and computer assisted surgery and is one of the most important events of this field.
