CVC Contributes to National Intelligent Vehicles Project

Computer Vision Center contributes to the new Intelligent Vehicles Research Retwork (RETEVI) financed by Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.

Both public and private organizations around the world are trying hard to develop intelligent vehicles in purpose of bringing the future closer. Ministery of Economy and Competitiveness helps development of intelligent vehicles in Spain. Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) is leading this national project of Spain while CVC is contributing by its researches in computer vision. Other research groups participating in the project are Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Universidad de Alcalá, CSIC, Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena, TECNALIA, CEIT, CTAG, Universidad de la Laguna, Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad Europea de Madrid.
