I’ts the biggest annual event at CVC and this year it had more than 40 PhD students presenting their research in two minute spotlight presentations.
CVCRD (CVC Workshop on Computer Vision Trends and Challenges) is the moment in which the Center’s PhD get together and, by topics, explain their past and current work, as well as their future projects and expectations. It is also a moment for discussion between senior doctors and students in order to deepen into problematics or find different outcomes to current research.
Because of the high quantity of PhD students this year, presentations had to be limited to two minute expositions which were organised in 4 spotlight sessions: Scene and Human Perception; Multimedia and sequence analysis; Transport systems, Automatic driving, multispectral and 3D vision and Health, well-being and biological vision.
