VISA AND PASSPORT

If you will be participating on seminars and/or conferences in Barcelona (Spain), you might need a visa. If you are exempt, please make sure that your passport is valid.

If you find you need a visa to travel to Spain, please check the following link VISA policy and your Spanish Consulates in your country. Most of them have websites with specific information on visa requirements for your nationality.

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference may e-mail to the ICDAR2009 Secretariat (icdar2009@ultramarevents.com). This procedure is designed to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference, but does not cover registration fees or other expenses. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support. If you don't receive a confirmation of your request within a week, re-send your inquiry immediately.
