Our paper GPU-based pedestrian detection for autonomous driving has been accepted for the International Conference on Computational Science (ICCS). The work done is a collaboration between the Computer Vision Center and Computer Architecture department at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Last week we attended the sixth edition of PUMPS Summer School, organized by Barcelona Supercomputing Center and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, HiPEAC Network of Excellence.
Also a Poster Session was held by the organizers, where the participants exposed his CUDA related research projects. We managed to get the 2nd Best Poster Award with our work on GPU-accelerated pedestrian detection for Tegra K1.
