Automation of Flow Cytometric Analysis (Marie Curie Research Action)

After a short note on our research lab at the Vienna University of Technology an ongoing Marie Curie Research project called Autoflow is presented. AutoFLOW aims at developing an objective and automated tool for multi-parameter FCM data analysis with specifically reliable Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) quantification to reduce the subjectivity in diagnosis and time-consuming analysis. In this talk the aims of the project as well as first achievements are presented.
