This year's competition, which took place at Parcmotor Circuit in Castellol from August 29 to September 4, featured more than 300 students in 67 teams from around the globe (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, USA, Estonia, France, Spain, etc.). In addition, 52 teams competed with electric automobiles and 12 vehicles were fully autonomous.
Formula Student Spain is organized by STA (Spanish Society of Automotive Engineers) and received the support of the Ministry of the Vice-Presidency and Digital Policies and Territory of the Government of Catalonia and companies in the automotive industry such as Nissan, Mathworks and Doga. In addition, it counts on the collaboration of the CVC, Bosch, Gestamp, Silence, LiveVision, Kapture and Mahle.
