The CVC Talent Program of Internships after two years

The CVC reaffirms its commitment to training new talent in the scientific and technological fields through its Talent Program, an initiative that offers students a first immersion into the world of research by working on real scientific projects and exploring research careers, innovation, and technology transfer in an international and diverse environment.

Designed to bring research closer to young university students, the program allows participants to work on real scientific projects in an international, multidisciplinary, and diverse setting, alongside CVC researchers.

Program figures

In just two years, the Talent Program has already demonstrated a significant impact:

Beyond the numbers, the true value of the program lies in its educational and professional impact. Through this experience, students have gained the skills to thrive within the research ecosystem, interpret scientific knowledge, and apply innovation in real-world environments. Currently, 12 participants remain involved in CVC projects, while the rest have brought their talent to industry, contributing their experience and scientific culture.

With the support of the Secretaria of Digital Policies of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the CVC Talent Program has established itself as a key driver for advancing scientific careers and promoting the generation and retention of talent within Catalonia’s artificial intelligence ecosystem.
