Digital Innovation Hub of Catalonia (DIH4CAT)
The Digital Innovation Hub of Catalonia (DIH4CAT) is a regional non-profit innovation ecosystem, formed by the main support agents for the digitalization of Catalonia, with the goal of promoting the technological transformation of small and medium enterprises (with a special focus on the industrial sector and technology suppliers), technological start-ups and public entities.
The technological areas of DIH4CAT are sorted into different Digital Innovation Nodes (DIN), specialized in AI and AI-based technologies, and are coordinated by the most competitive centres of Catalonia: Artificial Intelligence, Supercomputing, Cybersecurity, Smart Connectivity, Additive manufacturing and 3D printing, Advanced manufacturing and robotics, Photonics and Nanotechnology and advanced materials.
The DIH4CAT consortium is led by the Government of Catalonia and is made up of seven technology partners, a business school and two industrial employer associations. It is complemented by 19 private companies.
